Adding a Signature
Simplified Steps:
- Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Signature
- Click New
- Add your signature text > format it as desired > Apply/OK
Changing a Google Account Profile Picture
Simplified Steps:
- Sign in
- Go to Account
- Click on profile picture
- Upload/choose new picture > adjust area
- Click "Set as profile picture"

Changing the Input Keyboard
Simplified Steps:
- Click on the system tray
- Keyboard bubble
- Select US
Changing the Interface Language
Simplified Steps:
- Settings > Advanced > Languages and Input > Languages
- Device Language > click Change
- Select the language
- Confirm and Restart
Clearing the Cookies
Simplified Steps:
- Padlock
- Cookies (## in use)
- Select each one > Remove
- Done

Configuring Google Classroom Notifications
Simplified Steps:
- Go to Google Classroom
- Open the navigation pane
- Click Settings
- Scroll down and expand Class Notifications
- Enable or disable at will

- Modify the text as desired > OK

Simplified Steps:
- Click on error icon iin right of address bar
- Select Always Allow
- Clilck Done
- Reload page

- Click Allow/Block
- Click error icon > Always Allow > Done > Reload
- Click the padlock > Set Camera/Microphone to Allow > Done > Reload

- Share Screen

- Select the image of the chromebook screen

Signing into Zoom app
Simplified Steps:
- Open the Zoom app
- Click "Sign In"
- Click "Sign in with SSO"
- Click "I do not know the company domain"
- Sign into Google account (if/when prompted)
